A 50% deposit confirms bookings made more than 14 days before arrival. All payments are acknowledged.
Balance before arrival
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Bookings made fewer than 14 days ahead require full payment.
Free changes and cancellations
Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge when requested at least 14 days before arrival.

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
No security deposit
There is no separate damage or security deposit and no additional booking or cleaning charge.

Early arrival or late departure may be requested in advance, but cannot always be accommodated.

The Saddlery is arranged over two floors and is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. It is intended for adults of any age. An infant under one year old may stay by prior request, but guests must bring all required bedding, a travel cot or crib, and any other infant equipment.

How much do I pay when booking?
A 50% deposit is required for bookings made more than 14 days before arrival. If booking fewer than 14 days before arrival, full payment is required.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes and cancellations are free when requested at least 14 days before arrival. Please consult the Terms & Conditions for requests made within 14 days.
Are any charges added later?
No. There are no additional compulsory booking, cleaning or security-deposit charges.

How far ahead can I book?
Availability is open 12 months ahead. Christmas stays are often reserved well in advance.
When is my booking confirmed?
All payments are acknowledged and your booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
