The Saddlery Terms & Conditions
General
By proceeding with a booking, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Reservation Status: Bookings are provisional until payment is received and written confirmation is provided.
Occupancy: Each booking is for a maximum of 2 adult guests.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at The Saddlery.
Cancellations & Changes: To receive a full refund, cancellations or changes must be submitted by email at least 14 days before your arrival date. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival, cancellations within this window, or early departures are non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out & Access
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Guests have access to:
• The Saddlery and its patio area
• The gravelled parking area
• The nearest entrance from the High Street
Please note: the garden at Sadlers is private and not included in guest access.
Guest Responsibilities & Charges
Please note that additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:
• Damage to The Saddlery or its contents
• Excessive rubbish left behind
• Unclean crockery or cutlery
• Failure to return keys
• Smoking inside the property
• Not vacating the property by the agreed check-out time
In such cases, costs may include labour, replacement, repair, remedial work, and any loss of rental income.
Please do not remove cutlery, crockery, bath towels, or linen from the property.
We cannot accept liability for loss or damage to guest belongings.
Safety Information

To ensure your safety and comfort during your stay:
• Do not use candles or oil lamps
• Turn off the electric fire before going to bed or leaving the cottage
• A fire extinguisher is provided, and smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted for your protection
If an alarm sounds:
• Alert others and vacate the property immediately
• Seek help and, if necessary, call the fire brigade on 999
• Do not re-enter the cottage until advised it is safe to do so
Exclusions
Liability for matters outside the direct control of the owner is excluded.
