Felt very homely but at the same time like a hotel. The bathroom is wonderful and the shower is amazing. We loved the "small" touches like milk, juice and the gorgeous jam and bread. We will definitely be staying again.

If you want to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and the interesting coastline, then this is a perfect base. Cosy and comfortable and located in a very nice village just off the A16, the property is of a very high standard and there is easy access to a local shop and two pubs.
